Explore Germany, Austria on S.S.N.D. pilgrimage

Catholic Review staff

This year the School Sisters of Notre Dame will celebrate the order’s 175th anniversary; as part of the celebration they’re offering a 10-day pilgrimage to the congregation’s birthplace in Germany and Austria.
The pilgrimage, Sept. 15-24, will offer a chance to experience the breathtaking sights of the Bavarian region following in the footsteps of the order’s foundress, Blessed Mother Theresa of Jesus Gerhardinger.
Tour highlights include the birthplace of the order’s foundress, a tour on the Danube River, a visit to Oberammergau and a trip to the Swarovski crystal factory in Salzburg.
The cost of the pilgrimage is $2,495, which includes airfare, first-class accommodations, breakfast and dinner, motor coach and tour guide, and all entrance fees as well as gratuities.  For more information or to make a reservation, contact Michelle Creed at 203-761-9732 or mcreed@amssnd.org before May [30].
