School Sisters of Notre Dame continue to live the vision of Foundress Blessed Theresa Gerhardinger in a variety of ways. Below our Sisters share stories of their work and ministry.
Sisters Stories
On November 14th the Ballet Mobile came to Stella Maris for a performance in our auditorium.
It was wonderful and the sisters enjoyed the performance and were given flowers.

Two Sisters at Marian Village, in the Chicago Area, are wonderful examples. Lucy Giacchetti, 93 years old, and Julice Bots, 94 years old, have “let their troubles melt away.”
As the 31st of October approached, signs appeared around 3rd Floor indicating that Halloween was coming soon. But the goblins, pumpkins, and witches did not reveal the future right away.

Each year, we honor and celebrate our sister Jubilarians. Jubilee is a special time to rejoice with our Sisters as they celebrate their 25, 40, 50, 60, 70, 75, or 80 years of faithful love and service to God.
