Stocks, bonds, and annuities are accepted and provide the donor many of the same benefits as cash gifts.  Donors avoid capital gains taxes if the appreciated securities have been held for longer than one year.  Please have your broker contact RBC representative James Stafford at (410 659-4672 with the name of the security and the number you wish to donate.
