Whenever anyone shares a difficulty they are experiencing, Sister Ruth McPherson always says, "Remember, after every Good Friday, there is always an Easter Sunday."
How true this is! If we always keep this in mind, it gives us a brighter outlook on life.
Imagine how our Lord felt going through the agony in the garden on Holy Thursday, and the excruciating pain and death on Good Friday.
All was lost. Yet on Easter Sunday Jesus rose gloriously from the dead.
"Remember, after every Good Friday, there is always an Easter Sunday."
No matter how difficult our problems are, we, too, experience resurrection.
Our Easter Sunday always comes ... in God's time.
