Sustainable Development in Haiti: Coaching
Coaching is key for success in the Beyond Borders’ Family Graduation Program. A family that was isolated can count on at least one visit every week from a coach who sits with the household head to provide support, monitor progress and brainstorm opportunities.
At training sessions, heads of households connect with peers who are on the same path to a brighter future. More than 95% of families graduate and escape extreme poverty for good! This is one of the Beyond Borders programs supported by the Atlantic-Midwest Province.
