A fitting farewell for Duke O’Sullivan was held on September 30 in the presence of the SSND community and invited guests.
Duke was originally employed as the assistant treasurer for the Canadian Province, and continued in this role after the integration with the AM Province.
Sisters Charmaine, Paula Dukehart, and Mary Lennon expressed their gratitude commenting on Duke’s capable, trustworthy, and gentleman-like service.
Other colleagues added that Duke was approachable, generous with his time, and had a sense of humor.
Duke’s wife, Kay, smiled as she listened to the comments about her husband.
A framed sketch of Notre Dame Convent, along with a check, were presented to him.
