On the first Sunday of June, sisters, associates, family and friends gathered at Marian Village to celebrate the ministry and presence of five sisters who are marking their jubilees this year. Sisters Rose Cecile Espinos, Frances Josef Flach and Jeanne Landry are celebrating their diamond jubilee this year; and Sisters Jean Phelan and Joan Marie Curtin are celebrating their gold and ruby jubilee.
More than 100 guests gathered at Marian Village for Liturgy celebrated by Father Cy Nemecek. The festive meal following Mass was catered by the staff of Marian Village. The greetings of friends, the laughter and the conversations told of the good time all enjoyed in each other’s presence. Enhancing the spirit of the day, four jubilarians from Milwaukee joined their classmates to celebrate and renew their vows. View photos from a day that was a gift to all.
