“For all that has been—Thanks! To all that will be—Yes!” Dag Hammarskjöld’s famous quotation was the theme of the morning of reflection on November 5, as Baltimore Associates met in person at Villa Assumpta to celebrate first covenants and covenant renewals. Facilitated by Associate Donna Bilek, the morning was full of joy and sharing for the associates, many of whom had not seen each other since before the COVID outbreak.
Five new associates made their first covenant. On Saturday afternoon, Jean Marie Hofstetter, Kelley Kilduff, Cathy Schoonover, and Angela Sherman shared their stories and spoke their covenant. Over twenty associates also renewed their covenants in person, and more joined by livestream. Sister Mary Roy Weiss received the covenants on behalf of the Provincial Council. Kristyanna Erickson, who could not be present on the 5th, made her first covenant on Monday, the 7th, at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
