Recently, the Sisters at Waterdown enjoyed a relaxing Sip and Paint Day hosted by Lead Co-Coordinator Kim Beckett.
They decided to paint a beautiful scenic view of a lake surrounded by mountains.
Each Sister received her favorite sip and snacks before beginning to paint.
This activity not only helps relax participants but also gave them a sense of independence and accomplishment.
It also boosts their memory recollection skills and sharpens their minds through conceptual visualization and execution. And it's just plain fun!
Kim supported the Sisters at every step, guiding them through each part of the process, ensuring no one was left behind.
By the end of the session, the Sisters were in high spirits, each cherishing her unique painting and sharing it with the others.
It was a wonderful day!
