The Stations of Creation, A Way of the Cross for Our Times were created by the OPDIC Committee for Lent 2021. The contemplative approach to praying the Stations is rooted in Sacred Scripture, St. Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of Creation, Pope Francis’ encyclical Laudato Si, and the SSND Directional Statement, Love Gives Everything. As you pray the Stations, you are called to embrace the wonder of creation and to reclaim the many ways that we humans do not live in mutual life-giving relationship with all of creation.
