During Lent I typically strive/desire to embrace the message in the liturgical readings on Ash Wednesday: to pray, fast, and give alms, asking God to create a new heart for me and renew a steadfast spirit in me.
On Friday, March 1, the Class of 2030 took part in their first of many spiritual retreats together at Notre Dame Prep. The retreat’s main theme was Discovering Who You Are As a Child of God.
Sister Adria Turrill, SSND, celebrated her 100th Birthday on February 10 with her SSND community, family, and friends.
All gathered in the dining room at The Watermark, in Bridgeport, CT. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and a wonderful celebration of Sister Adria’s life.
